Oliver Dawe - Founder & Director
Oliver (Olly) is a theatre director, writer and arts leader, passionate about the creation of new work and a vocal proponent for the autonomy of artists. He moved to Norway at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 to be with his Norwegian partner, Harald. They live together on Ingøy and occasionally in Oslo and London.
Originally from London, Oliver trained as a director at Drama Centre London and as a freelance director he has worked in the UK, Germany, Greece, Vienna, Palestine, Romania, Norway and the U.S.A. These experiences have cemented his belief in the importance of international collaboration and the benefits of cross-cultural artistic exchange.
Previously he was the Workshop Programme Director at The Actors Centre London, Associate Artist of Hackney Showroom and Artistic Director of Rive Productions.

SPEED - Architects
SPEED Architects consists of the duo Espen R. Heggertveit, architect MNAL and Eirik Mikal Stokke, architect MNAL. They both studied at AHO, with exchanges to TU Delft and Tokyo City University. In addition to running the office SPEED, they are contributing to academia through teaching, guest lectures, workshops and critiques within the fields of architecture, urbanism and landscape architecture, at the Oslo School of Architecture and Design and Designinstituttet.
While studying, they established SPEED - designing a CLT house at Tromøya, NO (completed 2020) - and an ongoing transformation of a barn at Sjernarøy, NO. Current work includes private commissions for new housing and cabins, as well as extensions and renovations of buildings by the renowned architects Arnstein Arneberg, Thilo Schöder and Lambertz-Nilssen.
SPEED is a queer office with a background in art history. They have previously done consulting on architectural heritage and are currently working with ongoing artistic research on queer space at ROM for kunst og arkitektur, and on walking as an aesthetic practice as part of Oslo Architecture Triennial (2022).

Philippa Neels -
Residency Producer & Fundraising Consultant
Philippa specialises in developing and producing new contexts for art, digital culture & public engagement. She is Creative and Label Director of NYX: electronic drone choir. and has previously worked as Development Producer for new works and artistic development at Fuel and as producer at The Auckland Theatre Company.
She has worked with: 38 Degrees, BATS Theatre, Boston University in London, CUT Festival, Edinburgh Fringe Festival Society, Hackney Showroom, Hampstead Theatre, Lemonade and Laughing Gas, Manchester Science Festival, Royal National Theatre, New Zealand International Comedy Festival, Silo Theatre, Southbank Centre, tiata fahodzi, PEOPLE, Underbelly Productions, University College London, Unlimited Theatre and Women of the World Festival.

Anders Wengen - Funding & Strategy Consultant for TINKR
Anders is a co-founder of Tinkr, and has worked extensively with business development and innovation in the public and private sector. He has extensive experience from the public sector, and works extensively with the interaction between public and private entities, and between administration and politics.
He is an expert on financing innovation projects, has extensive experience from humanitarian work and often contributes to collaborative projects in the public sector. In addition to working at Tinkr, he is himself a co-founder and owner of three other companies.
Anders grew up in Vadsø, and has a vast network in both the private and public sector in the north. He has managed and supported several projects in the sector, as well as being a seasoned business coach for start-ups and scale-ups. He has a previous experience as an advisor for the “creative industry” in Buskerud fylkeskommune.
